General Question

AGREEMENT We are selling a service to help customers obtain limited edition products. The buyer is responsible for paying our slot fee, plus the retail cost of the item, tax, shipping, or import fees involved.

SneakerHomme will only charge if we successfully purchased your item. Our slot fee is an authorization charge and will typically drop in 5-7 business days automatically if we are not successful. We will refund 100% of unsuccessful slot fees including canceled orders, but the customer must forward us the cancellation email from the vendor.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS I hereby designate and appoint Sneaker Homme and/or its duly authorized agent/s to perform any and/or all of the following acts: the actual purchase, bid, auction, reservation, add-to-cart,or the like, to include, but not limited to the use of name/s, username/s/ alias/ trade and business names/ code, passwords and the likes to retailers/vendors/and Sneaker Homme. That I hereby waive any privacy to such information. Also, such information provided shall be legit and not violative of any existing laws and of which I have the right to use. That I hereby agree not to send any information to any person, business or retailer which shall violate Product Launch Terms and other rules and policies. That I am not an employee, agent, worker, independent contractor or in any way connected with the above-mentioned business or retailer, and that any information obtained herein shall be strictly private and cannot be divulged, released or passed to any third party/persons, otherwise the same shall be inadmissible in court. That once I agree and sign the terms herein, I expressly waive my right to directly deal with the retailer/vendor herein. That I hereby swear under the pain of perjury that all the information herein are true, legal and not intended as a misrepresentation of facts, and I hereby release Sneaker Homme of any liability, criminal, civil or administrative should any be false, wrong or untruthful. That Sneaker Homme reserves the right to terminate this agreement without any further notice. That this agreement shall be valid for one transaction only. That I hereby authorize Sneaker Homme to send and/or communicate via SMS text, email, and voice call at any stage of this transaction or reasonable time thereafter. That should any case may arise, civil or criminal, or otherwise, the venue shall be the City of Las Vegas, Nevada.
