“How does the add to cart service work?”
The customer will provide us their payment information to make the purchase of the product on their behalf.
“What if my order hits multiple pairs?”
We are running your profile on multiple websites, so there may be a chance that the customer might obtain multiple pairs. The user will be responsible from preventing this issue by setting limits on their credit cards. However, we will only ask for the slot fee regardless of how many pairs are obtained.
“What websites do we run the slots in?”
Depending on the release we will run the slots to all possible websites the product will be releasing in which usually includes all shopify websites, Nike, Adidas, and footsites (Eastbay, Finishline, Footaction, Champs, and Footlocker).
“How do I increase my chances of success?”
The only answer is to run as many profiles as possible. This means the more payments we run, the better the chances. Random sizing also helps.
“How can I get multiple pairs?”
We recommend signing up with a VCC company such as privacy.com and create up to 15 virtual accounts (works with everything but Supreme). We only ask that you have unique credit cards and emails for every slot, and we can do the rest.
“How does your service work?”
You basically pay us to help you reserve shoes released from select Nike locations that is participating in twitter RSVP. If we fail to secure your spot, we refund 100% of your money.
“Do you guys refund if you failed to secure my spot?”
Yes, we will automatically refund 100% of your money. It will take 5-10 days to show in your bank statement.
“Do you guys ship?”
No, we do not ship, we only sell a service in helping you reserve the shoes. We are not selling the actual shoes.
“How do we know what shoes are coming out?”

“When do you guys normally open RSVP slots? And how much do you normally charge?”
We will open slots a week prior to the release, we suggest you follow us on Twitter (@sneakerhomme) and sign up for the Email Notifier which can be found in the home page, bottom right. We also base our charge on the rarity of the shoes.
“How many shoes can I order?”
We have no limit on how many orders you can make but be certain you are only using one "RSVP Name" per style.
“Can I use the same “RSVP Name” for multiple orders?”
No, you can only use one name per style at each store. If Nike decides to RSVP Jordans and Foams the same weekend, each person can get one of each(1 Jordan, 1 Foam) but keep in mind that we charge for each shoe.
You are also allowed to use the same "RSVP Name" for multiple locations. For example, if you live in New York and lets say NikeNYC, NikeRooseveltFD, and Mercer21 are participating in the RSVP, you may use the same "RSVP Name" for all three cities but if you do win in all three locations, make sure you are able to pick up the shoes within the store's pick up time frame.
