1. Place order with the desired city location, size, and importantly the name of the person picking up the shoes on release day. Check your email to make sure you have received order confirmation.
2. On the day of the RSVP, check your email for our notification. If we are successful we will proceed with the charge and if we failed we will send a refund notification within 12 hours of the tweet (Refunds will take 5-10 days to show in your bank statement). Please allow some time for notifications, especially on big releases.
3. On the official launch date, please be sure to follow the instructed "Pick-up" time window. Be sure to present a valid id or passport that match the "RSVP Name" used to reserve the shoes. You are responsible for your mishaps on this day! We will NOT refund successful RSVPs.
